Giving Back
If you would like to give something back whilst on your tour of India then we can arrange visits to various NGO’s that we have identified who are doing wonderful work in various parts of the country and for various causes. Whether delivering hot meals to homeless families and school children to visiting Mother Theresa’s orphanage in Calcutta or Agra, to a sanctuary for rescued sloth bears and elephants, we can work a visit into your itinerary. We also support walking tours and experiences that are provided by NGO’s and where the money charged is used to further support their cause.
Our preferred NGO’s are:
Delhi – The Rasoi on Wheels which feeds over 1000 homeless people every day.
Agra –Wildlife SOS which takes care of rescued sloth bears and elephants from around the country.
Agra & Calcutta – Mother Theresa’s Orphanages.
Ranakpur – LPPS, working with the Raikas and camels to preserve this ancient nomadic lifestyle.
