Book a new holiday with confidence

At Bespoke India Travel we know how important flexibility and peace of mind is when planning your holidays.

Your balance will not be due until 45 days before departure.

Flexible change of date, destination & passenger name – up to 45 days before departure if you could not go.

Having booked, if you subsequently need to postpone your planned holiday you have complete freedom to reschedule your trip to another date in the following 24 months (subject to availability).

If a change of date is not suitable, we will be happy to switch your holidays to an alternative destination.

Once within 45 days of your departure, changes to your booking can become more complex and/or expensive as we are committed to paying full balances to hotels, guides and suppliers on your behalf ahead of your arrival.

However, we will do all we can to assist in the event that you did need to postpone.

FCDO ADVICE

If FCDO advice affects the  trip within 15 days of departure whether Quarantining or Red Lists will be an issue and if you’re unable to rearrange your trip to a future date, we’ll offer you a full refund or else offer you a full credit to delay the trip to another period up to 24 months later without incurring any additional cost [Xmas Dates may likely attract a supplement].

 Guaranteed flexibility

Bespoke India Travel will not charge you should you choose to change to a new destination or move your travel dates except when there are certain non refundable components such as safari’s or domestic transport such as flights and trains.

International airlines will likely offer some flexibility but we will clarify at time of booking or before we issue the International tickets what the flexibility and costs to change or refund might be.
